Our 3 Phases

Phase 01.

Phase 02.

Development Phase

This is the phase where the company develops the product and service. This includes activities such as designing, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing. The company will also need to raise funds to cover the cost of the development

Project Planning or Kick-off Meeting

One-time formal project kick off involving all stake holders

Sprint Planning

Subdividing the tasks from project planning into sprints for a working progressive MVP

Reporting

Regular Updates by the Account Manager that
reflects project progress until its completion

Staging

Products to be released for appreciation of the stakeholders for any comments / revisions or additional request

*NOTE: May incur cost and delivery implications
Phase 03.

Release Phase

This is the phase where the company releases the product or service to the market. This includes activities such as marketing and sales. The company will also need to provide customer support.

Approval

Client to issue formal approval thereby triggering that product is ready for release

Releasing

Product to be made available to the intended market
